ID Requirements

Chloe Victoria Piercer works under the Challenge 25 Policy. Government issued photographic ID is required for piercing services. 

ID accepted are: 

Passport 

Provisional/Full driving license

Citizen card

No other ID's will be accepted, ID's must be in date.

We do not accept photos/photocopies of ID's, you must bring the physical copy.

UNDER 18's: 

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present. Both the parent and child must have valid ID. This is to prove you are infact the childs parent/legal guardian. If you and your child do not share a surname, a seperate piece of ID such as a birth certificate with your name on will be needed.
