Piercing fees
  • Piercing fee payments are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, if you arrive without proper ID or no show the appointment. However you can move the booking to another date if needed, but we must have a minumum of 48 hours notice prior to the start time of your booking. If 48 hours notice isnt given, the fee is lost. Please email chloevictoriapiercer@gmail.com to rearrange before the 48 hours. 

NO SHOWS

  • No call no shows will have their piercing fee payment kept and will no longer be able to book unless a good reason is given. 

LATENESS

  • If you are more than 15 mins late for a piercing appointment or 10 mins late to a jewellery change appointment you will have missed your appointment slot and your fee will be kept. This is at our discretion depending on the day. 
  • AGE RESTRICTIONS & ID

    • Please visit my age restrictions and ID requirements pages. If you book for a piercing you dont meet the age requirement for, your piercing fee will be kept and the appointment will not go ahead. If you don't bring correct ID your piercing fee will be kept and the appointment will not go ahead. 

    Shipping

    • Shipping within United Kingdom will be done via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
    • Within UK 1st Class Signed takes up to 2-3 working days, Special Guarantee 1st Class takes 1-2 working days.
    • Orders will be processed within 24 hours of order Monday - Friday. Orders made after 5pm on a Friday and on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday. I do not ship on Bank Holidays. 
    • If a package goes missing, or the Royal Mail damages the jewellery, investigation will be open with them to get a solution and depending on the piece of jewellery there will be a replacement straight away, if it's a custom piece will have to wait for solution to be solved and then contact manufacturer on what to do next. Please contact me if you have any issues or questions.

    Returns

    • No return on all sales - once jewellery has been processed and left the premises it's out of my hands, any shipping issues you will need to contact me and i will investigate with Royal Mail.
    • No return on all sales - All sales are non returnable unless the item is faulty or there is a rare manufacturing defect (all items are carefully checked by me before sending) - if this happens you must contact me via email chloevictoriapiercer@gmail.com within seven days of receipt. Do not return the item until i have confirmed for you to do so. This does not cover purchasers mistreatment or loss of item.
    • No refund - everything I offer, or sell is non-refundable, every sale is a final sale.
    • Warranty - Jewellery has either a 6 month from purchase manufacturer warranty, or a lifetime manufacturer warranty, (depending on the make) these warranties are only acceptable for jewellery that has manufacturer fault, broken thread/pin or stones, stone misplacement/broken/fallen out. This does NOT cover loss/personal damage (disfigurement of a ring or scratches/tool marks).
